The Original WHEI Women's Championship was a women's professional wrestling championship created and promoted by War Hawks Entertainment Inc. on the Raw brand. It was one of 3 original women's singles championships created for the War Hawks roster alongside the WHEI Diva's Championship on the SmackDown brand and the LWL Leading Lady Championship on the LWL brand. The final champion was Drea (formerly of WatchGirlsPlay) who also holds the record for longest reign and being the youngest champion.

The championship recognizes the history of the real life original women's championship which was created in 1956 and does not recognize the history of the diva's title created for the SmackDown brand in 2008. Nor does it recognize the unified history that started in 2010.

Following the reintroduction of the brand split in real life the title was quietly retired for good and a new title was introduced to take its place.

History[]

The title was originally (in universe) created following the idea that the brand split would be brought back for the universe mode. The title had originally been unified with the Diva's Championship in 2010 with the brand split ending the year after. However this was ignored in universe and the title was brought in to be the primary women's championship for the Raw brand.

The title recognizes the nearly 60 year history of the original WWE Women's Championship that started in 1956 when NWA World Women's Champion The Fabulous Moolah defected to the WWF and took the title with her. It also ignores the lineage of the WWE Diva's Championship and the subsequent unification of the two titles so that each title could stand on its own merits rather than having a long and confusing history.

When season one came to a close and the WWE introduced a new women's title to replace the divas championship the War Hawks quickly followed suit. Retiring the older women's championship for good and replacing it with the new title, now named the Raw Women's Championship. This new title became the primary belt for the Raw women's division in seasons 2 and 3. Drea is the last officially recognized Women's Champion of this titles lineage, while Layla, the original final champion, is recognized as the first.

All women who held this championship as well as the real life women's championship have it added to their overall total to avoid confusion.
